  • What is design sprint process?

The sprint is a five-day process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers. ... Instead of waiting to launch a minimal product to understand if an idea is any good, you'll get clear data from a realistic prototype.

  • Understand & Define

Understand what the long-term Goal is and what you want to achieve with Design Sprint process. It is also important to list the constraints that makes you think you wouldn’t be able to achieve it. Define the Problem by Empathizing with users. Map their journeys and experiences to identify pain points and opportunities for the future.

  • Sketch

Create Solutions around the Target Problem. The team members get an opportunity to brainstorm and come up with different solutions to the business problem, where all the invidual members contribute which results in innovative ideas.

  • Decide

Decide the solution that will be developed into a Prototype. Plan the prototype through Story boarding

  • Prototype

Turn the storyboards into a realistic looking and working prototype - Designed with enough quality to help you in getting the best reactions and feedbacks when tested with users.

  • Validate

Test your prototype with 5 Users in 5 separate 1 on 1 interviews.
